Cobbetts’ pensions team advises employers and trustees of a wide variety of pension schemes. Our Pensions team also works closely with other specialists within Cobbetts. We regularly advise on the pensions issues arising on the disposal and acquisition of businesses and companies. We also advise insolvency practitioners on their powers and duties in relation to occupational and personal pension schemes. Our team also works with specialists in the firm’s Litigation Department in advising and acting for clients in court proceedings involving pensions matters.
