Cobbetts employment law team regularly run training programmes for clients tailored specifically to their needs. Rather than apply a “one-size fits all” approach it’s important to us that our clients and their people get the most out of our training sessions. We will get input from you at the outset on the issues you are facing, the level of knowledge and understanding of the people being trained and quite simply, what you want to achieve.
We will cover the topics you want and are most useful for your business.
We recognise that your people are busy doing their “day-job” and with in-house training we can be flexible in terms of dates and location to suit you. It’s also more cost effective to your business.
Training programmes range from half day workshops focusing on one specific topic for a particular team through to multi-day courses covering a series of topics to various teams often on a “top-down” approach starting with board level and then working with HR teams to cascade the training down through the business on a more practical basis to line managers and other employees.
It’s your session not ours and there is ample opportunity to ask questions throughout. We avoid dry legalistic lectures and instead focus on pragmatic and useful advice which participants can take back to their place of work and put into practice straightaway. We try and make it as much fun as we can!
Each course is delivered in a practical and interactive way getting your people to work better together and share ideas and best practice and includes case studies and/or role plays and course notes and is accredited by The Law Society.
