Haydn deals with all aspects of corporate and personal tax including tax advice on mergers, acquisitions and disposals for companies including management buy-outs and management buy-ins.  Haydn also structures and implements employee share option schemes, particularly EMI Schemes.

Recent transactions that Haydn has been involved with include advising on the tax aspects of several private company sales and advising on the establishment of various share option schemes in respect of a company floating on AIM.

Haydn is a dual qualified chartered accountant and solicitor specialising in taxation. He has a broad range of experience on general property taxation issues.  Haydn has particular expertise in issues, which arise on land and property development transactions, and has a national profile on SDLT.
