Keith has considerable hands on experience of all aspects of substantial commercial litigation, including arbitrations and mediations.

His major work included acting as a solicitor for the Prison Governors Association on the Woolf Inquiry in 1990.

Keith also deals with various Chancery proceedings including charities, breach of trust and fiduciary duties, inheritance and contentious wills and estate matters.

Keith has been appointed as Trustee to a number of family trusts and has also been involved as a team member in two Law Society interventions into other solicitors practices.
