Adrian is a partner in the corporate team. Working for a range of companies, Adrian's main area of expertise is corporate finance including private acquisitions and disposals (many involving private equity aspects), management buy-outs, buy-ins, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.

Deals

Major transactions with which Adrian has been involved include the disposal of an international pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor, the MBO of the retail division of Software Warehouse plc, the MBI of a national automotive group from a multi-national plc and various acquisitions in the food leisure and tourism sector.

Adrian also undertakes work for HBoS, Barclays Bank plc, Royal Bank of Scotland and HSBC.
