Richard is a solicitor who specialises in tax.  He advises participants in the smaller company sector on the tax aspects of their commercial activities including the acquisition and disposal of companies and business, the implementation of share incentive schemes and the formation of investment funds.  Richard also advises the property sector on the VAT and SDLT consequences of property transactions and the tax treatment of property investment funds.
