James has handled a series of reported adjudication decisions including F.W. Cook v. Shimizu, Comsite v. Andritz and Shimizu v. Automajor, all successfully, and the recently reported Technology and Construction Court and Court of Appeal decisions in Emcor Drake & Scull Limited v. Sir Robert McAlpine concerning the Dudley Hospitals PFi project.
