Stephen Benson is the firm’s National Senior Partner. He is responsible for the external face of the firm, public and client oriented aspects of our business and is Chairman of the firm’s Partnership Board.
Stephen is the former head of the real estate practice area and is the relationship partner for Whitbread Group plc, Orange Personal Communications Limited, De Vere Group Property, Hutchison 3G UK Limited, Freedom 4, Sanmina Inc, Speedy Hire PLC and a number of the firm’s other leading clients.
Stephen was formerly Chair of the British American Business Council North West England, and is Chairman of the firm's International Group, he is a non-executive director of CityCo, a regional council member of CBI North West and is involved with a number of arts organisations. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the International Bar Association.
