Cobbetts has advised Esteem Systems, one of the UK’s leading IT services providers, on its acquisition of Midas IT Solutions, a privately held, experienced provider of Oracle services. 

Already a respected partner of some of the world’s leading IT companies, including Citrix Systems, Microsoft, Dell and VMware, and Sun Microsystems; the acquisition will allow Esteem to make the most of the significant opportunities created by Oracle’s recent acquisition of Sun Microsystems.

Cobbetts’ Leeds corporate team, which comprised corporate partner, Guy Jackson, and associates, Nia Bryan and Abbie Robinson, advised Esteem Systems Limited on the acquisition.
